Just for what it is worth, we elected to NOT get the basement tray because of the space that the tray takes up just in itself.

After not getting it, I'm also pleased that by it not being there, I have a bit more flexibility in what can be stored where by not having a tray to take up floor space and preventing me from placing something where I want it to be.

Oh, and I am NOT a neat person, so please don't look in my basement. (Jo is driving me crazy to get that area better organized. Ehh, I'll get to it someday.)
