IIRC Toyo also manufactures 17.5" tires in H range. They are found on the commercial tire web sites as this is a tire used on tag axles and small tire (less than 22") commercial grade trailers.
In plain English, you have to look for the size in the truck tire locations, not the light duty grade tire shops that handle cars and light trucks like 1 tons.
