I am beginning to hear some odd noises from my springs--it it probably time to rebuild the shackles/bolts.

Joe, on a pre-trip inspection in March I found a broken spring-eye bolt on my spring ride suspension.
The wet-bolt was broken in 2 at the point where the grease gets out of the bolt.
You'll need to check each bolt, and using a socket wrench is a good way to test the spring-eye bolts for integrity.
