Most fifth wheels use the same third party components and most are from Lippert. I have found that in most cases the major issues that people have are with these components and not with the actual RV...

We have the stackable in our front closet. It was possible because they extended the front wall out that has the doors in it. That allowed the W/D to be moved forward to clear the ceiling.

The bottom on the DRv is most likely the same thin material used on Mobil homes. If possible replace it with corrigated plastic called Coroplast. This can be purchased from commercial plastics...

The hubs are seldom greased properly from the factory. It's sad but that is the way it is. I would advise any new trailer owner to check or have checked before the first trip.

It looks like a Curt Q series hitch. I have a Curt Q20. I have been using one for three years and have no complaints about it. I had a Reese before that and prefer the Curt.
