Cool Soft Spot in LR

I recently noticed and raised area and separate soft spot near the living room heater register in our 2015 MS RESB3.

Any ideas on the best way to investigate? I'm leaning towards removing skin...

Thanks Joe, I had already changed some out some of the D seals. Getting really discouraging, I think I have it corrected every time we fix something only to find more water.

2015 39 RSSB3 w/ GFCI Issue

None of the GFCI outlets have power, the GFCI breaker in the panel is tripped and will not reset. Is it possibly a bad breaker or more complex issue? Any feedback is appreciated.

I'm considering a MS 41RSSB4 with a weight of 17,400 empty. I have a Sierra 3500 DRW with towing capacity of 22,900. Will this be pushing the limits of my vehicle?
