Check your toilet seal, we found ours improperly installed causing the same problem. Unfortunately the leak killed my converter before I figured out what was going on.

Our fix scheduled for April

After reading this thread I called Lippert, got a no hassle excellent response and have an appointment in April for them to do the work. If you have this issue definitely contact them.

DRW definately

With a larger rig you will regret it if you don't go with a dually. We have been running a Ford F-350 6.7 liter deisel and it pulls our 38 footer like a dream.

Just got great service

Needed a window latch called, sent Krista a photo, she sent a quote the same day, called back, part was there in 48hours. Sounds like some reorg issues and would guess some of the staff not happy...

Anyone know where I can get a replacement for my latch for 2014 RSBS 38 ft.Its for the small window in the living area red handle about 6 inches long. Found some longer ones online but no short ones.

Smile Ford F-350 deisel dually is the ticket.

We've been running around the Midwest and South for over a year pulling close to 20k ...not one issue with our 2015. We don't have CA emissions stuff, not sure if that is what causes problems.

Diesel is the way to go and it really does seem that you get what you pay for, yes all have problems but if you go too cheap you can't full time and you will be frustrated living in the unit.
