Here is a picture and the unit for the 110V is blown they sometimes do this when the element shorts out. These are found under the cover with the rubber plugs in it.

Looks like a older lil rocker by RBW hitch because of the two release handles also it has a draw bar instead of Jaws. I don't know about the slider thou because it looks like nothing i have seen.
