DSI is Direct Spark Ignition for the water heater - no pilot light - it uses a spark plug to ignite the propane.

Our 1998 Travelite f/w with a Suburban water heater came with a optional DSI. It never worked very well. I always ended up lighting the old way. It's great just to push a button and fire up the water heater.

Yes, I found them in my RV Parts & Accessories book.
If your water heater is an Atwood then it is called a Pilot Re-lighter kit. Part # 80-93212
If you water heater is a Suburban V Series then it it a Reignitor Kit. Part # 80-8554
They run anywhere from $60 - $75 dollars.
