New to Mobile Suites

We made a deal yesterday on a 2006 38' Mobile Suites . To be delivered about Dec 1 to my winter home in Sun City AZ .
We plan to spend summers in So UT in the trailer . fishing , and trail riding in a UTV .
I've owned 3 motorhomes , this will be my first 5th wheel .

Thanks , I am buying it from a private party was full time for several years . Work Campers not driven very far ,very good condition .
I may need some advice sometimes .

:DDick you might check on the age of the tires but you are not a first time rv'er and know this already.

Thanks , I was told they were 2 yrs old and they look good. I'll check the dates when its delivered about Dec 1
