36rssb3 bedroom tv

I have 2012 36rssb3. I cannot figure out how to access the connections on the bedroom TV. I have pulled and lifted and don't feel any give. Is there a secret? Thanks

If it is like the 2016s, you have to remove the two screws on each side. Be careful because the TV will come free in your hands. It is good to have some help with that process.
