Touch pad on off wont work, the only way I can get any response from pad was to take pad out and remove plug from rear, then plug it back in. Got reading from screen " error" with beep, screen said to press enter, I did with no response. Was able to get screen to change by pressing up arrow over enter pad, it would not scroll down only up. Cant get anything working. Any ideas?
