how do you winterize the ice maker part of a norcold ref?

All I ever do is disconnect the small clear plastic line on the back of the fridge (outside access panel) and let it drain. Then let the icemaker dump it's last tray of ice.

On my boat with a ice maker, I would put red "pop" antifreeze in the fresh water system, and allow the pumps to pump to the ice maker. It wouldn't make a real ice cube, more like a soft slush red cube, but I knew that the antifreeze was thru-out the system. To use in the spring, we would run the red pop out of the system, then refill with fresh water and run that thru. Then add a cup of bleach and refill the tank, and run that thru. Then we had clean drinkable water again.
