In case anyone needs to reset the Heat/AC control unit (Duo Therm) here is the reset procedure.
Switch control unit off
Press and hold at the same time Zone and Mode SW
While holding the two SW, turn control unit on
"FF" should appear on the display
After 2 sec release SWs.
If the control gets confused, gives limited access to units or acts just plain strange, try the reset.
This may be old info, but worth mentioning once and a while. Came in handy this AM when our HP and Furnace disappeared from Zone 1. We did have a Breaker trip on the post yesterday while both ACs were on. Soft breaker likely, but we also had everything in use. I think the control got confused with the power drop.
