hydrastar brakes

I have a 2010 Mobile Suites 36 RSSB3. Does anybody know where the Hydrastar accuator is located?

Actuator is the "box" that controls the trailer brakes
Mine is in basement (behing the sliding panels)
Sits next to the grey water tank
