We thought we found our perfect trailer. Discovered a tire wearing erratically. Of course, the dealer, then Sunnybrook, then Dexter refused to acknowledge responsiblity. Had axles aligned, the shop claimed all four corners to be off. I now have an axle with big dent. Tire still wearing. Chinese tire blew last trip out causing $1300 damage. I might add 4 Chinese tires on 2005 Cougar went south. I am very diligent about weight and pressures. Found wet and moldy carpet from roof leak. Sunnybrook claims sealants must be checked/replaced every 6 months so refused to fix under warranty. They claim sealants aren't what they used to be. Great trailer sorry manufacturer.

The BWKS is a nice floor plan, very popular before, but SB quality has surely sunk to new lows for the industry. I hear that there is almost NO factory support any longer, warranty is 6mos? and they duck almost every request for warranty. I had 2 SB TTs an both were very good units, but latest one was an 2002. I probably would have ended up with one of their 38' fivers if the reputation hadn't been dropping like a rock.
