LED Replacement Bulbs

FYI www.sailorsams.com has replacement bulbs and compartibility with various fixtures in 12; 24;120 and 240 volts. They have bulbs and dimmers and anything to do with LED lighting. You can replace the ht halogan with led now.

Which one of those bulbs will be a direct replacement for the halogens in the ceiling track light?? They are MR16 50 watts.
Those are so hot that my wife would rather quilt in the dark than have those on.
