With a little feed back and help we came up with,

It is a Buffet and cost $8.50 and includes your drink.

The room reserved will hold up to 70 people.
They have a room that will hold 105 -150 but would need to know by the Jan. 23rd if we have that many people to change to that room.

Just a note, for anyone who workcamps, maybe you could swap a few hour with someone during the week? Just a suggestion.

Can you please leave some feed back as to whether you'll be coming?

Hi to All
Today we stopped in at Harolds and checked out the room that seats 70 and to confirm the date of the 25th.
They asked me to call that Wed. before to give them an idea on the number of people attending so they can make sure they have enough food and not too much.
I don't think I can really give them a great number but if anyone knows of any other people who are planning on attending will you pass it on so I can keep track to at least have some sort of estimate to give to them on that Wed. before.

We are not sure what the turn out will be, but we are trying to get an estimate so can you post your name back, please. Some suites friends are hitting some of the Parks with flyers and talking to Suites owners to let tthem know also. So far we have about 20 couples.
from what I heard in the past they had about 80 show up.

Just to FYI. When we stopped in at Harolds we saw that the sign said the Buffet includes Tea and coffee for $8.50 Soda is a $1 extra. It was a little misleading over the phone saying the drinks were included. Just wanted to put that out there.
Also we did change to the bigger room. It looks like we have over 70 people as of now, so the 1st room is too small.

If everyone could where ther Park name Badge, other wise we will have the paper sticky that you can write it in on.
Everyone we talked to is looking forward to seeing and meeting up!
