Has anyone heard of any problems with the new 2008 GMC trucks? I have a friend that is considering a purchase of one.

Navigation system likes to play tricks with your mind. Fuel economy could be better, thanks goes to DPF and other smog contrtols. Have 14K on truck now, half + towing at 25K (west coast to east coast round trip), near 10 mpg towing and 0 problems.

Oh, don't bother getting the IBC (integrated brake controller), won't work with electro/hydraulic brakes. P3 works great, but not a lot of room in the cab to mount it.
