Refrigerator light

Our frig light quit working and it is not the bulb. I think it is in the lever by the bulb. Anyone else have this problem and figured it out?

Take a center punch and push up on the center of each plastic hold down.
There are 4 holding it to the top of the fridge. Then just pull each of the plastic ,bolts if you will, down and there is the bulb and mechanism.
