Just picked up my new 40DB3, a few water leaks, already !!!!!
A couple of questions ?

1) the bedroom slide topper is loose, and flaps around in the wind, is there a way to tighten it.

2) The power awning remote is very jerky, works ok with the manual button.

3) The trailair susp seems to have different pressure in each side, and what gauge is for what side.

Still having fun with the entertainment system, but the universal remote, really helps sort things out.

The power awning is most likely because the remote is a very low power transmitter. Try changing position and using it. You'll probably find a spot where it works fine.

As far as the suspension is concerned. let the air out of one of the sides and see which bag went flat. Then you can label the gauge to keep yourself straight. I strongly recommend that you get the rig weighed by someone like Stacey. That way you'll see what the weight is per each tire and side to side. That way you'll know what pressure to put in each side of the suspension. Unless you get it weighed like that you are just guessing about the pressure you need.

Stacey posts here under the handle of Stripit.

Welcome and congrats on your new MS!!

As Mike said, getting the rig weighed is a good idea, Stacey can fix you up!

Until you are able to get accurate side to side wts, there is an easy way to set your Trailair CP suspension, When looking at the air bags and the brackets that hold them from in between the tires from the outside, (make sure the trailer is hooked up to the truck and on level pavement) Just inflate them until you get the gaps equal on each side of the bags, basically no angle forward or aft. Experiment a bit and you will see how it changes with higher and lower air. Even them up and note the pressure for each side and that should be pretty close. Mine run at 65 and 75 PSI. But yours will be a bit differnt.
