we had a blow out. the load range H tire 17.5
someone please send me the web site to contact. at least one other tire is deteriorating. the rig is 9 months old. 36TK3 Elite Suite. It looks like the tread separated....we have the whole tread intact...and it broke a brake shoe...and am not sure about the trail air...it was kind of srapped up in there. but the main thing is the website...Kent said to contact them directly and I didn't get web address..thank heaven we had just crossed the border from Mexico! Good Sam ER service stinks...couldn't even get them on the line before Coach Net Showed UP!!!

Call here and start the process.
You will need to take the tire to a gooyear
dealer and he will start it from his end and mail the tire to Goodyear.
In the mean time go to a MS dealer and get an estimate.

Been there and done that - they will treat you just fine.

well we went ot the Goodyear dealer.....was rude to start with but ended up talking nicer as DH left....what is it with customer service nowadays!
Anyway it looks like we drove over a bolt...hole in the tread..good sized one...and of course no road hazard warrany. So it's done...can hardly wait to get the rig in and get the brake and trail air checked out...hope all is well. thanks

I hate it when that happens. The highways of today are just cluttered with junk falling off of trucks. One tire runs over a bolt laying on it's side and stnds the bolt up and the next tire hits it square and Kabloooie! Ah well, it'll be a dim memory shortly.

Glad to hear that Goodyear took good care of you. Do you think that Hankook or Carlisle or Mujibar's Tire would have done that???? :)

On a recent trip back from the Chicago area we lost the tread on two of our four Goodyear tires on our 2004 Mobile Suites CK3. It was on a Sunday just 20 miles west of Iowa city. We elected to replace all four on the trouble call and spent the night at Hunts Cedar River RV park while the tires were getting replaced the next day. Good Sams was great on the emergency service call and the Kinion Auto Service that responded to the call provided great service. When the tread separated we did not loose air in either tire but it did quite a bit of damage underneath. It tore of our sewer connection and ripped off the 120v service to the kitchen slide. Larry the owner of Cedar River aided us in making temp repairs to the sewer line so that we could dump our tanks and would take only a thanks for his help. After arriving back home I placed a claim with Goodyear, got an estimate for the damages to our Mobile Suites, placed a claim with GMAC for damaged to our unit. Goodyear contacted the Kinion auto service arranged shipment for the tires to them and to make a long story shorter they made us whole for the four tires and payed for our deductible to repair the unit. I only have good things to say about Good Year. On the other hand I am not sure about what I think on the tires. Ours were G rated type and although I would have liked to go with something else I could not find another Manufacture in our size and load rating. I would like to say again Good Year was great to us. Customer Service is still alive and well in America. :D
